their body and being so that they can get out of
their own way, align with and fulfill
their Greater Purpose or Calling.
In my programs, I midwife
people through the contractions in their life so that they can be
better able to birth
their True Purpose. To Trust how to let "IT" happen through them, and allow themselves to be "done through" by the will of Spirit." Lana
It is with deep heart-felt gratitude that I welcome you to my website, sharing with you a glimpse into my professional offerings and some of my life journey that has catalyzed my finding my way onto this path as a teacher.
Since February 2011, I have begun a new path in the journey of my life. I have seen my sons (22 & 19), whom I raised on my own, prepare their own journeys into independence and individuality. Now, as they journey out into the world on their own, I am able to answer my calling and manifest the life I have known I would have for some time.
The Great Spirit has provided me with an abundant life journey and many teachers that have helped me on my way. Through the lessons of my teachers, travel, the use of Sacred tools and Divine guidance, I have learned to live a life that is more gentle, inspiring, fulfilling, expressive and passionate. I openly accepted my journey and rooted myself in offerings that remain truthful and relevant throughout history including sacred dance, yoga, ancient Hindu, Shamanic and Tantric teachings. I have found that these teachings have offered me respect, reverence and help in transforming my life. It was my initiation into a new kind of living, where I am curious and trusting of “the flow.”
My life’s work has now become clear to me.
I had been asking for the guidance that would have me
find my new “home”, an environment that would support my bodies opening and its
ability to become more receptive and responsive. An atmosphere that was rich with organic nature
and abundantly fulfilling my need to live daily in communion with all of the
elements, supportive of the tools I am walking with and desire to live in
accordance with. I was asking Spirit to
align me with a place where I could fully feel I was thriving, and in turn,
able to fully offer back my gifts.
Nosara,
Costa Rica is where I have been called to be.
The numerous times I have visited here, I have known spiritual
transformation, heightened awareness within my own Being and a sacred and
profound relationship with nature. This
is also where the insight and clarity to fully “see” myConscious Living
Holistic Practitioner training program(which
embodies 20 years of my life growth, study and teachings), came thru me in
a series of downloads. This is my path
and my offering to the world, which I will offer here as well as Internationally.
I
also feel fully in my joy and enormously grateful as I announceThe Conscious Living
Institute of Nosara, and the first wave of a month long training program that is intended
to assist you in aligning with your own path, walking and expressing it
authentically so you may know your own inner joy and feel balanced on the
“wheel of life.” This is also where I will host numerous retreats and workshops.
I ask you to trust in “the flow” of life and believe that if you have been led here to read my words that we have much more work to do together, co-creating your journey into the New Paradigm.
