Learning to pause, without the
need to “Do”, is the first step in the practice of deep and profound
listening. By choosing to begin our
morning with silence, we connect to the inner-wisdom within ourselves and can
also offer each other that space to discover.
Drinks – Priming the Inner Terrain
In silence, you will offer your
body beverages that help to alkalize the body fluids, stimulate circulation,
remove mucous buildup, increase the rate of detoxification, and promote a
healthy functioning digestive system.
-8:30 am Chakra Inspired Yoga Practice – Entering the
Gateway of Your Body
Integration of the mind, body,
spirit and emotions begins by first entering your body in a sacred way. Chakra symbolism will be used as a map for
deeper inner understanding and awareness.
Pranayama (breath practice), helps open the energetic pathways, allowing
for more vital life force to enter. This
supports a healthier immune system and an overall higher-vibration being.

Once inside the body, your
sacred journey of personal contemplation and inquiry will provide you with
numerous opportunities to clear the mind, calm the emotions and gain deeper

sessions will take you through the chakras, providing you with the opportunity
to explore, in-depth, your own journey of self-transformation. You will learn how to tap into inner-trust,
and ultimately navigate your personal journey from a place of intuition
and deep knowing on all levels.

During these informative
sessions, you will create an afternoon juice or cold soup, as well as a dinner
selection from Lana’s “Conscious Living in the Raw”. You will be educated on the benefits of
integrating alkalizing and living foods into your lifestyle. Living foods send a positive healing message
to your cells and genes, helping to reverse the natural aging process. This component is fundamental in your being
able to alter your state of consciousness, keeping you aligned and vibrating at
a higher level of mind, body, emotional and spiritual awareness.
