When we slow down enough to access steadiness, we notice the inner and outer triggers that make us react to life and circumstances in ways that feel pushy, anxious, and desperate.

Learning to respond rather than react mends the energetic leaks in your energy body and your perceived boundaries.

Discover your "seat of power." Learn to feel safer and more comfortable in your body, so you're better able to respond to what life presents you with.


What we'll work on:

  • Practice breathwork to regulate your nervous system and create a more grounded and embodied feeling.
  • Explore your energy body to discover where there may be internal blockages.
  • Discover a series of personal practices to help stabilize and center you on the daily.

3. Love

Your exploration of love returns you to the place within where you remember how to be in a state of flow, self-forgiveness, and compassion.


What we'll work on:

  • Explore the concept of self-love and make it more tangible, practical, and accessible.
  • Take an honest look at how you show up and support yourself through difficult experiences.
  • Learn a powerful self-soothing breath practice.
  • Experience a forgiveness practice that restores self-love and balance.

Lesson 3 / Love

Your exploration of love returns you to the place within where you remember how to be in a state of flow, self-forgiveness, and compassion.


What we'll work on:

  • Explore the concept of self-love and make it more tangible, practical, and accessible.

•    Your "why" for what you want.

•    Knowing your clear Yes and No.

This final module will introduce you to creating meaningful, self-trusting magnetic movement that supports your nervous system and nurtures more ease in your life in more graceful ways.

    Discover the difference between Push vs. Pull energy.

    Discerning your true Yes and No when planning.

Why did you create the Inner CALM Method?

When I was 33, I was in a deep depression, having developed fibromyalgia which impacted my ability to work.  Then, finally, I saw that my compounded lifetime of unresolved stress, survival, sadness and suffering was expressing itself as pain in my physical body.

Why did you need to look at changing your life if your body hurts?

How I treated my body, nourished myself, rested, and worked, along with my relationships, needed to become more supportive, stable, and nurturing to feel confident getting to the deeper root cause of what was making me unwell.

What do you mean by a deeper root cause?

Your body stores memories of everything that has happened to you. When it gets unwell, we are asked to explore unhealed, unintegrated, suppressed memories and emotions, which are always at the root of any disease in the body.

How can Inner CALM help me on my path of wholeness?

CALM Method offers foundational principles for getting out of your way and softening into the wisdom and energy of Life as a guide and teacher so you feel more in trust of your ability to navigate life rather than operate from fear.  This is a method you will rinse and repeat for the rest of your life!
